Designed and manufactured to meet ASTM D412-E standards. Cutting dies are made from premium hardened tool steel and sharpened by hand. Comes with a paper certification showing the recorded dimensions once finished. All design and manufacturing done in-house.
Dies are 1.25” tall and include a paper certification as well as a protective hard plastic case.
Mallet Handles aid the operator in placing cutting dies as well as gives a surface to be hit/struck with a Maul. Mallet Handles are machined from high-grade materials. Designed to fit with your cutting die. They are then bolted to the back of the cutting die. All design and manufacturing done in-house. Includes knock out holes for part removal on smaller cutting dies.
Arbor Adaptors can be used with FCD Manual Specimen Presses (purchased from Fremont Cutting Dies, Inc.) only. Arbor Adaptors are machined from high-grade materials. Designed to fit with your cutting die. They are then bolted to the back of the cutting die. All design and manufacturing done in-house. Includes knock out holes for part removal on smaller dies. NAEF Ejection System is designed to be used in a NAEF press so that the cut specimens eject from the cutting die. All components are machined from high-grade materials. Designed to fit with your cutting die. All design and manufacturing done in-house.
